I have determined that the holiday season officially begins with my birthday. It’s the perfect marker between summer and the holidays. So it will be done.
The fact that Wordfeud (which I have decided is way better than Words with Friends. It just. Is.) does not recognize words like “Zen,” but does recognize words like “Taj” is ridiculous. There are many other egregious examples of word discrimination, but the newest one is “Zinj.”
You know, like the Lost City of Zinj? From Congo?

My office is currently filled with candy and cupcakes with buttercream icing. I had one of said cupcakes yesterday (AFTER the red velvet cupcake) and two mini twix this morning. Oh, and I ate another cupcake.
This is worse than the holidays. It’s not even my birthday yet!

I blame trial brain*, which I have today.
*The foggy, goofy, out of it feeling you get when you’re in court in a trial all day.
I guess this means I need to do my happy post on my tumblr buddy reveal package from last week.
I blame this in part on the new tumblr app for Android not letting me do photo posts. Not amused.
