So ABCFamily, my beloved purveyor of Full House, Gilmore Girls, and many a cheesy film and decent series is coming out with this tonight:

Now, don’t get me wrong. I really loved this movie. I loved Heath Ledger in it, and Julia Stiles and Laryssa Oleynik were classic.

So why, ABCFamily, why did you think it was a good idea to turn this movie into a tv series, when the movie was so great as a standalone? I just don’t see the potential for a series, especially when the premise behind the show is just expanding what already happened in the movie.

Meh.
