70% Cocoa…I’m pretty sure

I should have taken a picture.  Last night I had dinner at Bonefish Grill, and for dinner I had the most amazing chocolate (yes, chocolate) creme brule.  Now, I’ve never had chocolate creme brule, but I’m a fan of the regular variety, so I thought I’d give this a go.  It was exquisite…once I got past the slight bitterness of the cocoa.

This ain’t no milk chocolate. It was divine though.
