Better known as the Commonwealth of Dominica (not to be confused with the Dominican Republic). It is located here, (in red) in the Caribbean/West Indies:

My brother will be going to med school at Ross University. The whole fam is headed down there next weekend to check out the place and get my brother all oriented and such. Dominica isn’t known for its beaches (although it has some really nice ones), but more for its nature, rare birds and flowers and hiking, etc. And, of course, it’s really warm there right now! :-)

Can’t argue with them apples.
